Danced with my wife Rainy 45 years ago at our wedding. She went to heaven 6 years ago. Still can’t help falling in love with her every day.
How lucky is your wife sir to have you, a loving husband. ?
Também dancei com meu marido muito. Ele foi para o céu, faz 17 anos. O amo pra sempre!
Sorry for your loss.
You’ll see her again brother. I promise.
??
Classics never die, they just find new people.
And bring the old one back again and again.
Boy you said that right??
Wisest thing I’ve ever heard, too!
Wow, love this!

Was our wedding song 44 years old. Lost my beloved husband at the end of September 2022. Miss him so much! It will always be our song! ?
Sorry for your loss. I asked that the Lord bless you and keep you make his face to shine upon you and give you his peace. I feel you with joy and laughter as you walk through your days remembering your husband, keep his spirit alive in your heart, that’s what I do with my two sons. I still have at home. ??
Sorry for your loss??
Bless you mam
@Moni Thank you she’s better off now. She was sick for three years. She has a brand new body now. No more pain no more suffering.
I am truly sorry for your loss. I chose this song for my wedding 45 years ago while my wife chose “Evergreen” by Barbra Streisand. Elvis sings this very special song in Blue Hawaii (1961), which I saw as a kid.
Listening to this song thinking of my lovely dad who passed away just over a month ago. We played this at his funeral as it was one of his favourite songs. My dad had a lovely tenor bass singing voice and would sing this sometimes. I miss him terribly but this song brings back lovely memories of him
Hello Becky ? how are you doing?
Great timeless music. Thank you!
If I marry the person I love in the future, we will collect good memories with this music
I’m sure there will be one day??
Masterpiece
Qué arte de canción! ?
I lost my wife of 39 years in 2010, when I listened to this song, it all came back. My eyes are wet. Rip Elvis, and Linda Jean.
We are almost the same. I lost my husband of almost 40 years in 2009. This song is also one of my most favorite.
God Bless You sir.
@Letty GeconcilloGod Bless You.
Thank you for your thoughts, It matters to all who served. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
This was our wedding song 41 years ago. We still love it.

May God Bless You And Your Husband The Both Of You Were Meant To Be All Of These Years Later Sound Like True Love To Me The Best Is Yet To Come As Elvis Said In His Song LET IT BE ME Happy New Year 2023
this was also my parents wedding song 🙂
Wise men say
Only fools rush in
But I can’t help falling in love with you
Shall I stay?
Would it be a sin
If I can’t help falling in love with you?
Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand
Take my whole life, too
For I can’t help falling in love with you
Like a river flows
Surely to the sea
Darling, so it goes
Some things are meant to be
Take my hand
Take my whole life, too
For I can’t help falling in love with you
For I can’t help falling in love with you
Reading the words generated the same feeling of love ?. Thanks
you’re truly welcome and this is a lovely song indeed
Soothing ?? thanks for the songs
My wife died end of May, 2022. She was a huge Elvis fan. As she was dying in the early morning, she was listening to another Elvis song. I sing in a barbershop and following her passing, we began to learn this song. It’s only been in the past month, that I can now listen to this song without crying. Blessed be her memory. I love her and miss her so much….
Bless your soul
I’m listening to this song and thinking that this song was already a couple’s soundtrack. your love story is beautiful. I know that somewhere she listens to this song thinking about you.
I am so sorry for you
Rest in peace
This is nothing more than a beautiful and legendary song!! Talk about a masterpiece! ???
still a masterpiece
The 1st time I listened to this song is 1 year ago, I’m so stunning with Elvis Presley voice (listened with headsets)
Sometimes I think that Elvis was out of this world to help us to make a better world with music.
My great grandma loved Elvis, she passed away in September from alzheimers, she took her last breath to this song. A month later I gave birth to her great great granddaughter she never got to meet, she now lives on through her and I sing this to her every night whilst she falls to sleep ?
That is so awesome!!! I bet she is singing with you?
That is a beautiful testimony.
My grandma loved Elvis… This will be my wedding song when my fiance and I get married finally ?? I’m dedicating this song to my grandma Irene on my wedding day!! God I tear up every time I hear this song… I miss her so much!!! Amazing song forever and always ??!!
congrats
I chose this song for my wedding 45 years ago while my wife chose “Evergreen” by Barbra Streisand. Elvis sings this very special song in Blue Hawaii (1961), which I saw as a kid. I know it will be a special memory at your wedding.
