@aureen zaka American here, there’s no competition in how each individual on this earth praises the Lord Almighty. South African gospel music is breathtaking but there’s nothing like listening to a full black American gospel choir if you really want to compare.
@Josephine Bournes lol are you kidding me? Where did y’all get it from? I’m not even biased because I grew up listening to the likes of Brooklyn Terbanacle Choir,Ron Kenoly, Aretha Franklin,Mahalia Jackson, Shirley Caesar and the likes. I LOVE my Black Americans, especially when they pull up with them spirituals ,praise breaks and all but, naaaah don’t compare any praises from the motherland to anywhere else and I say this as a Nigerian. There’s just a way traditional African languages praise God that English can never and will never do justice to. It’s in y’all’s DNA too though because most A-A’s are from Western and Central Africa by ancestry
The respect and love when a friend comes to your music show, sits with the rest of the crowd, maybe even paid to watch his own friend, happily standing and praising GOD without any feeling of entitlement even though he too has a great voice… I doubt friends like this still exist ??
We’ll March into Heaven singing this song. Doesn’t matter what nation or tribe you’re from. We may not understand the language now, but we will then. Because we will all thank God that we made it!
esta musica agradece a jesus cristo por eles terem notado que toda via jesus tem andando com eles pra chegarem ate ao momento em que eles estao.!! eles mostram o quao grande Deus e na vida deles. obrigado Jesus
Singing gospel is in our blood, we sing when we are sad, we sing when we are happy, we sing even when we are crying, because it’s makes us to feel good & forget about the pains we are going through ?????.
On the 20th October 2019 I bought my first car, a month later, my parents visited me from Zimbabwe to Durban. 17th December 2019 we were on the road together with my Mum, Dad, my Wife and our 2 kids going back to Zimbabwe Mutare (1895km)
When we were about 5mins away to our destination (home) this song eventually played and I found myself crying that we have finally arrived after being on the road for 2 days with no hustles at all… I hv kept the song on my phone ever since.. Thank you south Africa for such beautiful music
It’s the little things like this thar we need to be grateful for. God is with is everyday.. may HE continue being with you and your family in Jesus name
My two sisters and I were orphans at a young age, we were raised by our spiritual aunt that was never employed, her job was prayer, fast forward today, my older sister is a charted Accountant, the second born is a Marketing specialist and I, the last born, run my own Sports Marketing agency.
To anybody who’s reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind right now. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life. Amen.?????
Amen i really needed this,,, my mother is very sick and am really in need of God’s power and help to carry my situation.. Am helpless without you Lord.
